| Meet Course Designer | Claire Ryan
Claire is an Australian trained Physiotherapist specialised in Women's Health. With 10 years experience in the Women's Health and Pilates industries she is truly passionate about empowering women to stay active and strong through both the pregnancy and postnatal period and sees pilates as the perfect way to make this happen. She started Women's Health Collaborative to increase the education and skillset for instructors to deliver safe and effective classes to antenatal and postnatal clients as well as increase general pelvic floor awareness.
